Becoming Smoke Free Program

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) are similar to acupuncture without the needles.  The client is taught to find certain pressure points on his or her face and how to tap these with the forefinger.  The results are absolutely astonishing when applied to habitual smoking.

This is basically a 3 session program.  In the first session we discover the unconscious reasons why the person began smoking and continues to smoke.   EFT techniques are explained and practiced by the client.   In the second and third sessions we see if the smoking has ceased completely, explore the possibility of other unconscious programming and apply the EFT techniques several times.   This process is successful in approximately  two-thirds of the population.  Often there is no desire to smoke again . . . ever!
