Low Energy, Depression, Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)

Low energy and depression are very common in our society. Frequently people medicate themselves with alcohol, caffeine, sugar, nicotine, drugs, or over exercise in order to increase their energy.  Unhealthy diet, lack of exercise, and being over weight are frequently thought to be causes of the problem.  In actuality these may simply be the symptoms of underlying issues.

One of the common causes of low energy is repressed anger.  Other clients have no feeling of significance about their lives.  They feel their is no meaning to their life or their work.  If they disappeared today the world would continue on unchanged.

Initially, NLP and EFT are useful treatment methods. Then the client is helped to think about the purpose of their life, what values are most important to them,  and finally decide how they will use their life.  (Click here to go to Discovering Purpose in Life)

Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) occurs when a person becomes depressed, usually with the onset of Winter. Our treatment methods, especially EFT,  have been successful in treating this condition.

Feel free to call us at 303-369-8877 to discuss your concerns. There is no charge for a fifteen minute initial evaluation discussion on the phone.
